I did reach out to the seller and received no response. I am going to have to have it sesrviced to see "IF" it can be repaired. This is going to cost me several hundred dollars as I tried to have "MY SAME" existing sewing machine repaired and they said it would be cheaper to buy a used one. Now I have two of the same machine, both inoperable.
