I chose to repair this myself rather than go through the return/refund process. I contacted the seller to inform them, and they messaged back quickly, asking for photos of the damage - however, I had already carried out the repair. Following repair, the kite is otherwise very good, well-made, and it flies nicely. Hence neutral feedback rather than negative.
