    Be wary, I ordered this refurbished Bose Wave Music system and the CD player kept skipping over CDs, even new ones. I contacted the seller and indicated I wanted to swap it for another one. I let them know I shipped it on May 9 using their shipping label but they are telling me they never received it and that USPS won’t help them. I should have copied the tracking number but didn’t since it’s their label. Now I don’t have the broken Bose Radio or my money and they are not helping me. Beware!!

    We understand how frustrating this can be, however, we have been in communication with you from the beginning of this situation. Our return labels are showing no updated tracking for your item. We asked you for a receipt of where you dropped it off, and you couldn't provide any. We contacted USPS on your behalf to solve the issue as well. Unfortunately, the third party shipping company you trusted the return with never sent it to USPS. USPS has no record of receiving the return.
