He took the time to find out what my current and future needs might be for my system and with that knowledge a builder can figure out where they should spend your money to give you the most bang for the buck. I wanted a big box I could plug in to replace my previous system which was the older spec of this basically. Came on time, superbly packaged, great value and communication. Will order again.
