This was not mentioned in the listing. The seller offered a return. Replacing the PSU was difficult due to the propriety P2 CMDPWR connector on the HP. I had to reverse engineer and splice the connector to get an ATX PSU to work. It turned out well but only because of my experience with electronics. I recommend the seller mentions noise issues in future listing.
