Fast shipping and the seller was really helpful, and directly offered refund if the shipping problem was not resolved in timely manner. I think the pricing was fair. The monitor has 2 dead green subpixels (which was not in description), one got fixed with eraser massage. I wish it was tested for dead pixels prior and the info was added to item description. The box was dented and ruffed up something terrible. But the monitor arrived very much intact, not a scratch on it. Thank you so much. My old HP is burning out, not gone yet but has brown spots on it on the corners. Thanks again for the great packaging, that is the only thing that saved it.
