The printer was not new as listed. The ink had already been installed as well as paper in the printer. It came with no power cord, and the instructions and broken disk were for a different HP printer altogether. Seller stated he thought box was unopened. I really needed a printer and now I am stuck having to wait for another one. Looking at the four corners of the box, it appeared sealed, as if the tape had never been peeled. The customer opened it and said it was used. When she opened a claim, I refunded her within minutes. I do make mistakes on occasion but I always try to make it right.
