    Seller was good to work with and refunded my purchase when figurine arrived missing his nose. It was packaged with care and I do not believe it was the seller’s fault. This was the second time this happened trying to purchase this particular snowman. I do believe it is the manufacturing, since both times the breakage was more of a crumbling break rather than a clean break.
