      They play the blame game when these scopes on Google search come up with the problem they've blamed me for

      Has managed to kill 2 good scopes by strangling the tube by over tightening the mounts to a ridiculous degree. They are delivered unmounted. Then he reports issues with parallax adjustment being tight. Sends back and the scope tube has been semi crushed. We applied a refund reduction as the scope had to be binned -100% loss for us. Sent new and then he rports same issue, so assuming he has killed the new one now too, Odd Google comment as he is the only one who has reported this. Banned.
