We were too tired to take it apart and return it to the seller. Will just donate the vacuum instead. This seller should not use USPS Priority Mail packaging (boxes and padded mailers) to package items that are not sent using the Priority Mail service. It's one thing if they're shipping the item using Priority Mail, but in this case, they were not. Wasteful to use free resources in this way.
