      Item was advertised as sent with tracking & charged for, but seller said it was not sent with tracking & never supplied any tracking info? when I questioned this, just a load of excuses were given, no refund offered of the basic shipping the seller used (50% less) No confirmation that the surprise present I was sending ever arrived or not? very disappointing & negative experience from this seller. Don't advertise & charge customers for a service you don't provide, its simply unprofessional

      Thank you for your reply but you have not provided any tracking info for this purchase that still shows as not delivered? I also note you have just opened a 2nd ebay act minutes after I left my FB and purchased an item from me, obviously for the sole purpose of leaving me neg FB. A case has now been opened with ebay of your selling & buying practices and await to see what you do next? Quite juvenile behaviour from a professional seller RD !!
