These plugged and played as I already had Yealink configured on my PCs. It was easy to pair my cell-phone, but haven't tried using my cell through it yet, but don't foresee any issues doing so. I do recommend the optional wireless cell phone charger, which does quick charge my S24. Don't forget to install the Yealink App on you machine, as there was an available firmware updates.
