    I ordered a control board for my microwave, but the part I received was not compatible — it was larger, had more relays, and a completely different display screen (digital vs. analog). I tried to contact the seller to resolve the issue, but they closed the claim without offering a solution.

    You contacted me today and said this board looked different than the original. I had you send me pictures showing both boards, they had the same plugs. The appearance of the board doesn't mean it doesn't function the same. The manufactures change things on parts from time to time. All the plugs being the same the board should work fine.
