The radio had recent firmware installed and all of the options unlocked. Some scratches on the case, and letter/numbers written on the side, which was clear that someone attempted to clean the writing off the sides, but didn't work (the letters/numbers were from the original fire dept that owned the radio). The battery that came with the radio didn't last long and had to be replaced.
