There was no reference in the description or the pictures to the fact that the watch needed the battery replaced or that the top button was inoperable. Plain and simple the listing points to read the description, and the description states "Untested,found in storage, debris are on the inside, normal wear/use, sold as is" So if its untested and sold as is im not sure how you could have mistaken this listing as anything but. The item isnt tested, we known nothing of the item and sold it as such. WE provided photos and details as well, no communication is pointless.
