Background: We had two (older) original iComfort thermostats - To replace the first faulty unit cost us over $2K from our HVAC service provider - The only option given was to upgrade us to the S30 unit - When our second iComfort went bad, we went with this purchase - Excellent value, quality and warranty !! The key for us was the white glove Customer Service. Without it, we would not have got the replacement up in running. Took less than 30 minutes.

There were directions included as well as the sellers phone number in case of any issues. Shipped a little slow and was later than expected but worth the extra wait for a good product at half the price of a new one! Plus you can't beat the 5 year warranty!! Would definitely buy from seller again if need be.
