They marked my items as sent but after more than a month still not arrived & tracking showed they had never been posted,. I asked them to actually send the items, they refused & offered a refund even though they were still selling the same items but now at a higher price. I declined the refund & said I wanted the items I paid for to be actually sent as I could see they were still selling them. They just ignored me and refunded. Refusing to send my order. AVOID!
