    I finally got it after I struggled with UPS after they handed the box to UPSP 🙄 The seller didn’t help me to file a claim with UPS regardless I asked so (upon UPS request) …so well, if your shipment gets lost, the seller won’t move a finger, but the jacket is just as promised

    I never received the product. I was very patient with the seller and sent 3 messages asking when the package will be sent. No response for almost 2 weeks. When I told them I have to contact customer service about the order they responded rudely saying “yo”, “my goldfish died”, “i’ll ship the package tomorrow”. They in fact did not ship the items the day after. I contacted customer service and got my refund quickly. I really wished the seller is great due to the reviews, but shop with caution.

    Seller took 4 days to supply tracking number after purchase, and another 10 days to actually drop it off with the courier. After I wrote them about being on a time constraint so of course the package showed up later because they took their sweet time to drop it off. Only ever got a 1 word reply from them when I messaged them. I'm now out of the country and unable to actually pickup my package.. seller is not helpful at all and lacks communication. I would probably avoid them in the future.
