    The case I brought arrived on time and was securely packaged. Although the case sent was in as new condition it was not the one I ordered as it had no Spen slot. I explained this to the seller who offered a refund and I accepted. The seller was polite and courteous in their interaction with me and made the refund when they said they would. It was unfortunate I didn't get the item I wanted but the seller made this a positive interaction non the less.
