I was aware he had multiple birds of this design, however, as a collector of Murano glass, I scrutinized each listing and carefully chose which bird I wanted. When I contacted the seller, he was rude and antagonistic. Shameful customer service. He was in no hurry to refund my purchase, but with prodding, I eventually received a full refund. I will not do business with this seller again.
