They respond to messages in a reasonable time & work hard to resolve any issues. For this reason, they are one of my few saved sellers. The 2024 DMG was part of a 4-book order. Each book was individually wrapped & shipped in less than 24 hours at a competitive price & with free shipping (see pictures). Check out their store & add them to your saved seller list too.

Karwind's is always on my "approved list" when shopping-they are very customer focused & want to make orders right. Although the shipping box was roughed up, despite the box being just slightly larger than the book, the book arrived in the same condition as listed. Get slightly bigger shipping boxes so padding can be added to prevent dmg to the box transferring to the books inside.
