I'm undecided now if I want to keep it. Packing was a plastic tub (good) but it was supposed to be in the zip lock bag. Evidently the bag was supposed to be zipped shut. It wasn't but the mailing bag was sturdy. Can this be exchanged. I don't think the info about that was included online that it Was the lesser quality Cerium.
