Any time I had a question it was answered swiftly + honestly. The shoes were exactly as described and a superior value; I only wish these Lone Peak 7s fit like my old Lone Peak 5s. When I put them on it was evident that the heel cup -- though better padded -- was higher than the Lone Peak 5, so it hit my ankle bone. Otherwise, I strongly recommend this seller and these shoes.
