I contacted the seller, letting him know we opened the box, but not the items inside, and wanted to return it. He refused, even after I explained the situation to him. As a seller myself, I don't like to leave negative feedback, but I think this is warranted in this application. I won't buy from this seller again. And he took a long time to get back to me.
