It comes with preapplied thermal paste and is of very simple design that is also sturdy. Despite the admittedly, not great packaging it came inside, the cooler and its box are both intact. And even though I have yet to test it out in my pentium iii board, am still leaving a 5 star review for the reasonable cost and fast shipping.
