The front grill was busted loose from the rest of the front panel and several tabs were broken so it doesn't stay in place anymore. The CPU heatsink had every single screw stripped and two were nearly impossible to remove. The heatsink screws were also cross-threaded into the motherboard. Worst of all there were several damaged pins on the CPU socket. I pushed them back into place but the fix may not last. Clearly damaged by pure carelessness. Not worth the hassle of returning.
