    I am sorry you are not able to use it but that is no fault of mine. The item was brand new and I provided all the information necessary to make a conscious decision when buying. The characteristics of the item are not of my doing, I just sell these items. As everyone can see when they look to purchase an item, I do not accept returns. I just reiterated that when you asked for your money back. I accept returns when items arrive damaged, missing parts and such which was not the case here.
