The AWCC is not recognizing the tower or keyboard and mouse, but I am trying Dell support on that, as I think it’s a issue with AWCC. Fast shipping, packed well, thank you very much! However the shipping time from the order time of the 13th until delivery of the 31st was excessive and unnecessary. The seller gave me a lot of excuses that didn't sit well or were unbelievable. I wish I could be more positive. Would I recommend him for buying a used computer I'd say yes, but don't expect a quick turnaround based on the feedback that I got from the seller that it takes time to build a computer. It's used.
