      To clarify, an "Item Not Received" case was raised, and tracking confirmed the item was delivered on the same day and on time. When you reached out regarding the functional concern, I responded promptly and recommended raising a case through the platform so the issue could be officially recorded and resolved. Unfortunately, no case was opened following that advice, and I was not given the opportunity to assist further before this feedback was left.
