The dress I shipped was beautiful, perfect, and the type of polyester fabric that is literally incapable of wrinkling. She claims she threw it away because it was so disgusting. If you hate something someone shipped you, wouldn't you want your money back? The dress wasn't cheap. Clearly this person is fishing for a refund without having to return. I have free returns for any reason. I stand by my items and only sell things that are in perfect condition.
