The quality seems about typical for these RO units that take generic filters. I've put in about 6 of these over the years and this one is good, I'd buy it again. Lots of the tubing is 3/8" instead of the more commonly used 1/4", which improves the flow rate to the faucet. I plumbed in my fridge water/ice with a 3/8" tee on the output and now have great ice too. Good vendor I will buy again.

I try to explain to Edith what the problem is, but they have all these explanations that do NOT solve the problem, they send me a new UV light that is the same, they offer me a $50 refund against $261 paid for the system DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM
