    Product arrived via AMAZON in very dirty thinly padded bag ? I would have hoped to see them in a sturdy box at least.Both containers were unwrapped from the cellophane that was supposed to keep the lids on and one container had it's lid completely off but the contents were still in the jar. and was still soft to the touch/not dried out.NOT the sellers fault how they were packaged and handled via Amazon and shipper.

    The item was received damaged (lid was broken). Contacted the seller and they offered return or small refund. Seller was communicative and responsive. Opted for small refund since I don't think epoxy itself was damaged (hopefully not dried out) and didn't want to waste the epoxy as I figured they would just toss it. Packaging could use improvement to avoid damage in future.
