      Excellent seller! I bought this phone for a replacement for an old flip phone. For whatever reason, I could not get it to activate with my primary network and could not find any way to get it "unlocked" from the AT&T network to try and use it on an alternative network. The seller was great, kept in touch and answered all of my questions. When I was unable to use it for the intended purpose, I was able to return within the window and get a refund. The phone was in about perfect condition.
