J'ai reçu une première touche défectueuse sur les deux livrées et avec le support du vendeur, il a été convenu qu'elle était défectueuse et une autre m'a été fournie immédiatement sans attendre le retour du produit défectueux. Touches originales de qualité même si une peut être endommagée. Elle sera remplacée par un produit identique. Vous pouvez acheter en toute confiance.

      Les clips des capots de touche sont fragiles et ne sont pas prévus pour de nombreux clips et retraits sur les charnières qui les supportent. Ils sont beaucoup plus "cheap" que ceux des claviers Lenovo ThinkPad de réputation légendaire. Mon expérience : sur 2 touches remplacées, les 2 charnières étaient OK mais un seul capot a pu être initialement clipsé. Le 2ème ne tenait pas. Mais j'ai profité d'un excellent SAV du vendeur La Bonne Touche qui m'a remplacé le capot défectueux par un capot OK.
