It looks like it took you over a week to respond to any of our messages. Our listing states that this would need to be shipped to a commercial address with a forklift. You checked out with a residential address and did not respond when we tried to contact you. You finally got back to us at the beginning of this month. The item was shipped a few days later and still shows to be in transit.
