The box arrived damaged, but when I removed the parts they appeared unharmed. There were no installation instructions provided in the box and it turned out one nut was missing. Luckily Ace had it. I was able to find a youtube video that walked me through the process. It fit perfectly and seems to work well. Can't wait to see the difference when towing.
