It's great, plan to take it apart to learn 16mm magazine system. Cheap 16mm in magazines had advantages over bulkier and expensive 100 foot roll designs. 100 feet is only twice magazine capacity, 2m44 seconds instead of 1m23s at 24fps. Carry a bunch with you was the way to go. The Ciné Kodak and BH 200ee may not have had the glass and bells and whistles of the Arris and Auricons, but still great for students of film history. Check out the YT video showing how to reload one of these mags. Thanks!
