The package was open on one end with parts put in a plastic bag sticking out. the package was over long for our communal mail box, if the package had been delivered to my actual address it would have been no problem. I believe due to the USPS requirement to receive all mail and have the USPS deliver to my local communal mail box (it's called "the last mile" ), in order to get their grift. finally I had to go to the Post Office and retrieve it. The "LAST MILE RULE" is costing time and money.
