Coils that I purchased were used. When I received them. They initially looked fine but one of them was cracked on the bottom. I am actually not upset because it was difficult to find and I only needed one coil and I received a set of three. I do not think sending a cracked ignition coil was intentional. I think it was just difficult to inspect for.
