The item was advertised as 15W, 12V pads, but I received 120W, 12V pads - great for flattening your battery! I pointed out the error and requested a prepaid return label to return the item. Despite multiple attempts I was unable to persuade the seller to abide by ebay's rules and had to ask ebay to step in. Once I finally figured out how to actually speak to somebody at ebay the process worked well, and after a delay of a week, I have finally been refunded
