Light ... “Original Cold Paint Mostly Intact with Wear to the Raised Edges and Tops of the Claw Feet. Light Surface rust / oxidation can be seen in these Raised Areas where the Paint has worn away. There's small Paint chips along some of these Raised Areas, especially where the Iron Lid rests. The Iron Base and Lid in Very Good Shape otherwise. Cold Paint Surface could use a gentle cleaning. There's Light Surface rust and oxidation on the Underside of the Base where it was unpainted.The Electric Wire, Socket and Plug were Added sometime way back. The On / Off Turn Switch may be Original. The Lamp Works and Turns Off and On Properly. The Original (PAT Dated 1901) Opalescent Ridged Glass Globe has a 3/4" Wide Chip on the Lip. Globe VG otherwise.”
