The Adcom pre-amp was listed in working condition. On arrival, the AM/FM tuner did not work. The seller said it must have been damaged in shipment. I requested a partial refund to apply to the tuner repair costs. The seller suggested I return it for a refund. I opted to avoid the return hassle/cost and paid $60 to repair the tuner section. Later, I found the phono section and video/tape 2 inputs also did not work and will need repair. I reckon these are the risks of online purchasing.
