Communication up front was good but then ostensibly disappeared. So I bought the item on 4/17. printed label for shipping on 4/22- after a week I reach out and find out they moved and they’ll ship next day. Totally cool, but then it doesn’t ship for another week - communication up front around the reason for the delays to manage expectations would’ve been huge and then I wouldn’t feel foolish having to follow up three times until they just stop responding.
