    Never received the item but got a refund. It’s frustrating though. If you’re selling an item you should explain why you can’t get it to the customer or don’t list things you’re not actually going to sell. My daughter and I have been waiting for this book and I am really disappointed. At one point I got a message that they had been delayed in shipping it because of work but then I heard nothing more.
