    Th block was described as having “scratches”. Upon receiving the block we discovered that cylinder 4 was not scratched but deeply gouged to the point it required machining and oversized pistons. This was an expense I had not planned on. I messaged the seller prior to buying to ask for clarification on how bad the scratches were and was told it was just scratches. Well it wasn’t. Seller did issue a small partial refund but it was only about 20% of the machining cost.
