The wrapping of the plate was not sufficient. The box was good and sealed correctly however the inside plastic 'puffy plastic packing did not 'wrap' the plate - it just 'slotted in' and the plate broke on the unprotected side of the box. It's such a pity and extremely disappointing.

I am really sorry plate arrived damaged - I have not had any problems with any other ceramics or glass I have sold. I agreed to immediate refund without a case being opened. Royal Mail does not pay out for breakables so I will be sure this does not happen again.
