I sent the Cruet set to the buyer free of charge because while packing I accidentally broke the Cruet holder handle, the Cruet set wasn't damaged. So I refunded the buyer and the only thing the buyer paid was for shipping. It was the right thing to do

The buyer read the description stating that the item is sold as is and has not been tested. I didn't guarantee that the radio was working properly. The buyer did not contact me before they bid on the item. I stated in the description that the lot is sold as is. Tell me why didn't the buyer contact me before they bid on the auction? Now they are upset!
