I was able to install this part on my car and get my windshield wipers to stop going 24 seven. I had an issue where the windshield wipers would not turn off the only way for me to do so was to remove the fuse every time otherwise they were constantly on or constantly off with no ability to turn them on or off using the controls.It was very hard to find a new part for this, so buying this used part not only fixed my problem, but save $
