Arrived quickly. Appear to be good quality. Once they are on they are secure but if you have bigger than average forearms or biceps then they aren't the best and are a bit uncomfortable. The L-XL size is realistically a men's large size. The sizing may be due to the fact that they are Unisex and have to fit a wide variety of cyclists. If you have large arms I would look to another product and particular adjustable elbow pads.
