Item was missing a piece in the kit, they are extremely hard to find replacements of. There was no way to know until reviewing the sticker inside the case that displays which part numbers should be included. The sellers response was the real reason behind the feedback. instead of offering some type of solution (even maybe just a “hey I’ll look and see if I can find it”) they responded by saying “what you see is what you get” and “that’s why it was so cheap” (which is wasn’t CHEAP).
